How to Merge to MCID's, which were used for two certification's

Hi Team,

I have taken AZ-104 with one MCID and AZ-400 with another MCID. Could you please help me to merge these two accounts Please. 

and one more thing is even though I have completed AZ-104 and AZ-400, I haven't received DevOps Engineer Expert badge? Could you please help me with this also please.
