How to remove my certification profile

Dear all,

I want to disconnect and remove my certification profile from my personal *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account?

How to do that?

After verifying your information, we found that one of your Certification profiles is connected to an active Microsoft Learn profile.

The next step is checking if the Learn Profile suggested is still connected to your Certification Profile. If you can proceed, please delete your Learn Profile and re attempt to connect it to your desired Learn Profile.

For this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Start an In-Private browsing session to avoid any browser related issues.

  2. Sign into Microsoft Learn.

  3. Click on your profile photo > Settings > Delete your profile

  4. Click on "Delete profile".
