Hi, Nitin.
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft community.
As we understand from your post, you have recently completed one Certification, but you did not receive the congratulatory email to claim or your updated Badge. We are happy to help!
The reason why you cannot share or update your Badge, is because we are currently in transition to move the Badges from Credly to Microsoft Learn.
Your Microsoft Certifications on Credly will no longer be kept current or updated as you pass renewal exams or earn new Microsoft Certifications.
You may find more information about our new changes on the following link:
Coming Soon! Microsoft Learn certification sharing features to replace - Training, Certification, and Program Support
Please note that, as of June 30th, 2023, Credly badges are no longer issued for the achievement or renewal of Microsoft Certifications. Due to this change, when a Certification is complete, there are two ways to share your achievements through your Learning dashboard. You can share your Certificates individually via the "Certifications" tab, or collectively through your official Transcript.
To access and share your Certifications, please follow the steps below:
Please visit Microsoft Learn.
Sign in with the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.
Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."
Select "Certifications" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen.
To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."
From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.
To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.
To generate the link to share your Transcript, please follow the steps below:
Please visit Microsoft Learn.
Sign in using the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.
Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."
Select the option "Transcript" in the navigation menu, located at the left side of the screen.
Select "Print" and choose "Save to PDF" to download a copy of your Transcript.
Select "Share link" to generate an online link that will allow you to share your Transcript.
Alternatively, you can also set your Learn profile view to public. This will allow anyone with your Learn profile's URL to view your display name, Learn achievements, Collections, and Q&A contributions.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you or if you run into any trouble. We will be happy to help.
We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If so, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post.
We are looking forward to your response. If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after two business days.
