Hello Savan,
Thank you for your patience and providing information via private message.
With the information that you provided, I have confirmed on my end that your scheduled AZ-900 exam before was already tagged as no-show. Please be advised that Microsoft has updated its exam no show policy wherein learners who miss any scheduled exams will be charged a "Refundable No-show Exam deposit" in a rolling 180-day period when they schedule their next one.
Hence, the refundable no-show deposit will be reimbursed including tax up to 10 business days after you complete and finish the exam and will depend on your bank's billing cycles. Once completed, it will be issued to the same card used regardless if this is pass or fail as long as you appear at the scheduled exam.
Moreover, you may follow the steps below to reschedule a new exam:
Log in to your Microsoft Learn Profile.
In the photo avatar drop-down menu, choose Profile then go to certifications.
In the “Appointments” section, find the exam that you would like to reschedule.
You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to reschedule your exam.
You can visit Exam reschedule and cancellation policy for more information.
You can also contact your exam provider, if you have any further clarifications, as they are the only ones who have real-time access with rescheduling an exam and No-Show Refundable deposit. Please contact their direct support using the link below:

Certiport: https://certiport.pearsonvue.com/Support.aspx
Additionally, upon checking on my end, I confirmed that you used a company discount upon registering for your exam. Please note that we have received an update coming from ESI that there is a new policy update, effective March 1, 2023, the provider of Microsoft Certification exams will charge you a fee upon exam registration equal to 50 percent of the exam provider’s applicable price for non-ESI test-takers. If you need additional information about employee discounts, you may contact ESI Support Team for assistance.
If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond. If the resolution provided did not resolve the issue, please post a new question.
