I am not sure if this is the right place to ask the question. I am trying to retrieve my MCP certificate that I acquired in 2013 but had no luck so far. Is there any way of getting access to my certificate now?

Appreciate bringing this matter to us.
Since you mentioned that you acquired your certification last 2013, it is possible that your login email address has expired due to inactivity. What we need to do here is to locate your account on our database and reset your Access code. This way, you’ll be able to link your preferred personal Microsoft account.

Please note that if we won’t receive response from you after 2 business days, this case will be locked and closed.
