Welcome back to the Microsoft Community.
Based on your inquiry, we understand that the Microsoft Account (MSA) associated with your Learn Profile is suspended, and you require help with changing the account so you can access your certifications.
The Microsoft Credentials support team no longer assists in the migration of accounts associated with a profile after the Certification profiles platform modernized and moved to MS Learn (links below). Certification Profiles and MCIDs retired, and the respective support services moved to self-assistance through your Learn Profile.
By system design, a Learn Profile cannot change the associated MSA. Instead, the process of associating any certification and training progress to a different account is now completed through adding the unwanted Learn Profile to the main/preferred Learn Profile.
However, since you are unable to access to the MSA associated with your current Learn Profile, it is necessary that you contact the Microsoft Account support channel. This is the main and only channel available for account recovery inquiries:
