How to update Address on Transcript

Hi Support,

My MCP Transcript includes a postal address from an old employer which I'd like to change to the postal address I have added to my Microsoft account profile. Can't see how to update the address on my Transcript though, how do I / or can you make this change for me please?

Many thanks.

Hello Darren,

Please note that the address on your profile is identical on your Transcript.

In order to update your address on your profile, please sign in to Microsoft Certification Dashboard then click on Edit your Certification profile under your MC ID.

Once you are on your Certification Profile, you’ll get the option to change the address. Also, please ensure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled in before saving the changes.

If you’re having an error in updating your profile, please provide the requested information through the private message I initiated.

Once information is received, I’ll proceed in updating your address on your behalf.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response has been received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
