How would i access my Microsoft office specialist (MOS) certification?

I am trying to find a way to access my certification regarding my MOS cert. It was issued to me in********* and I am just trying to find out how to get ahold of the credentials showing I obtained this certificate.

I have the Credential ID and all other information sent to me after taking my test back in ********************.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: I tried to put in my Credential Id within the link provided in my email and the character limit won't let me put in the last digit.

I took this course through my university.
