I am currently residing in Qatar and am originally from India. I am interested in taking the online AZ-104 exam

Hi,

I am currently residing in Qatar and am originally from India. I am interested in taking the online AZ-104 exam. I would like to know whether I should provide my India location details or Qatar details during the registration process. Is it possible for me to register with my Indian details and still take the exam in Qatar? Additionally, I have observed a significant difference in exam fees between Qatar and India. Could you please clarify the registration requirements and specify the details I need to provide during the registration process?

Hi SHAVEZ ,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand your desire to sign up for a test in your current location, however you are hesitant of what location details you will provide during registration process. Let me explain and give you more details about this.

To address your query on what location details you will provide upon registration, you need to give the address of the foreign country where you will take the test in your Certification profile. This is because as per the Microsoft OnVUE exam information // Pearson VUE you will have to provide a valid identification issued from the country where you will take the exam, so the address should match with that of your Certification profile.

For your reference about online exams, please visit About online exams with Pearson VUE | Microsoft Learn page.

With this, since the currency and fee for Microsoft certification automatically adjusts to your Certification Profile address or where you will take the exam, you will have to pay the same fee based on where you are planning to take the exam.

I hope this information helps. Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach back to me.
