I am looking for my badge after passing my MS-102 exam. It does not appear on my Microsoft Learn profile.

Hi,

I have already received the email confirming that I have passed the MS-102 exam and within my Microsoft Learn profile in the "Past Exams" section it already appears as the exam passed.

However, it still does not appear in the "Credentials" section. I cannot see the badge to download the diploma or share it. The last certification I got was the one from last year and not the one I did last Sunday.

Kind Regards

Hello D.AP.

We are glad to have you at Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you successfully passed the MS-102 Exam, and it does not appear in the Credentials section of your profile.

Please know that the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator is part of the requirements to be certified as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.

To earn the certification, you would also need to obtain one of the following Certifications as prerequisite:

You should be able to see the approved Exam in your Transcript. Also, keep in mind that Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30. This means that the badging services provided by Credly no longer apply for most of Microsoft Exams/Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.

Your Microsoft Certifications on Credly will no longer be kept current or updated as you pass renewal exams or earn new Microsoft Certifications.

This being confirmed, our badges sharing article information has been updated with all the necessary details regarding the new Microsoft Certification sharing experience:

For additional information regarding the changes on our platform, please refer to the link below:

We hope this is useful to you. I there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to stay connected with us.

If no additional assistance is required, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.

Warm regards,

Hi,

I am aware of the change with Credly. This has nothing to do with that.

In the past, when I have passed a certification, two new things appeared in my Microsoft Learn profile:

- In the "Past exams" section, the record that I have taken the exam and the result of that exam appeared.

- In the "Certifications" section the certification appeared and by clicking on "View certification details" I could see all the information: Credential ID, Certification number, when it was earned and when it will expire.

My current situation is that I have taken the MS-102 certification exam and it is only reflected in the "Past exams" section where it appears as "Passed". However, in the "Certifications" section nothing appears and, therefore, I cannot see the diploma where the Credential ID is, nor the Certification number and the dates of when it has been approved and when it expires.

It has been several days and this information is usually available a while after taking the exam.

Hello D.AP.

We hope this message finds you well.

As we have mentioned, the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator is part of the requirements to be certified as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.

The MS-102 Exam alone does not issue a Certification. For that reason, you cannot see it in the "Certifications" section. To receive the certification, you must earn one of the prerequisite options. For more useful information, we kindly invite you to check this page: View and share your transcript | Microsoft Learn.

We hope this information is useful to you. If there is anything else that we can do for you, please do not hesitate to stay connected with us.

If no additional assistance is required, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.
