I am missing my *removed* MCSE Certifications my MCSA certification and MY *removed*  vouchers of *removed*  I had earned by assisting *removed*

I  became a Microsoft certified in*removed* . I got my MCP in earlier *removed*  under the *removed*  , In *removed*  earned my 2nd certification called Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer+ for Windows by*removed*  for Windows. In *removed*  I upgraded to earning My Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for Windows 2003 server and also my Microsofe Certified Administrator. In *removed* I took the beta exams and I upgraded to MCSE Server *removed* . You said you could not find my Exams in Learn or MCID and I sent you all my Score sheets in 2 mailings and Both cards were signed by *removed* . Later on I found many letters not e-mails from*removed* the location of *removed* form the Head of *removed*about my certifications. Part of the letters congratulated me on my Certifications and others said all my other Certification went back to *removed*. I sent you all my letters in *removed*. I was told I would get my cards and certificates but none came up. In*removed*, In *removed*, I helped *removed* set up their equipment for a presentation on *removed*. AS I tried to leave the room, *removed* said he would help me out with any Microsoft exams I would take. In *removed* I received a letter from Microsoft signed by *removed* sent me a letter me from *removed* I had earned by assisting in getting their network in *removed* for their presentations for the *removed* at *removed*, the I had earned *removed* vouchers to use toward exams. I used some of them for my Microsoft exams from *removed* I had*removed* vouchers for the *removed*your company gave me to take the Exams. Where are the certifications I had earned and vouchers that I have remaining? I have asked this many time but it has never been resolved.I have found sealed evnvelopes from *removed* which I opened *removed* in *removed* saying all my cards and certificates for my MCSEs for Windows 2000, Windows 2003 server accelerated, and Server 2008 and MCSA for Server 2003 were all sent back and awaiting for my contact with you. . I found letter saying my certifications certificates and cards went back to*removed*. When I call the toll free number the refer me to you and when I work with you you say call. I have been running around in circles for over a *removed*, Can someone assist me? Everything you are doing is not assisting finding or replacing my certification or vouchers. This is all before *removed* My vouchers have always been at *removed* and I would call the voucher number and the voucher would come to me on Express mail.
