I am not able to see my Microsoft Azure AI 900 certificate under the certification section in Microsoft Learn ?

Please guide on how to link my certificate in my Microsoft Learn account. I can see my exam score report in my certiport account where my username is '********************', earlier my certiport account was linked to a other email id, but now I have changed it to my current outlook email id that is ***************.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you need help with having your Azure AI Fundamentals certification obtained via Certiport visible on your Learn Profile.

We require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates separately.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

  • Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

  • In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
