Hello Zane,

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Thank you for your response.

Following your message, we have checked your account once more and found a Certification for Microsoft Certified Professional: Microsoft Certified Professional and passed exams:

  • 058 Networking Essentials

  • 068 Implementing and Supporting NT™ Server 4.0 in the Enterprise

  • 067 Implementing and Supporting NT™ Server 4.0

  • 073 Implementing and Supporting NT™ 4.0 Workstation.

Kindly let us know the name of the missing Certification, also please provide us with the score report for the missing Certifications, as well as any other proof that you passed the exam(s) for your missing Certification.

Also, please kind in mind that Microsoft periodically goes thru a clean-up effort to identify certifications based on technologies that are no longer relevant and removes them from learner transcripts. This is done to ensure that the certifications represented on transcripts are current and cover up-to-date skills, knowledge, and abilities.

We will be attentive to your response. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked in the next two business days.

Wishing you an excellent new week.

Hello Zane.

Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Thank you for providing us with the requested information. However, please note that the links provided does not provide us evidence of you passing the missing Certifications and we are not able to view them because once we open the links, this is what appears:

Please provide us with the score report or Certificate for the missing Certifications, as well as any other proof that you passed the exam(s) for your missing Certification, with this information we can escalate your case to our team in charge of missing Certification.

With this being said, if the Certifications that you are missing are from before 2000, there is a big positivity that we will not be able to recover them.

We will be attentive to your response. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked in the next two business days.

Have an excellent Wednesday!
