I am trying to give my az900 exam, but it is showing video streaming error. What should I do?

I am trying to give my az900 exam but its showing, "Video stream issues have been detected. Review our troubleshooting information." But it had passed all the other tests and system checks before exam. What should I do now? Can this exam be rescheduled?

I understand that you have encountered a technical issue related to a video streaming error that occurred upon the system check-in process. I am totally aware how essential it is for you to complete your exam. With this, allow me to help you by providing the information you need.

Please be advised that if you are unable to take your exam due to technical issue, this will be tagged as "No Show", and your fee will be forfeited. If you used a company-purchased voucher, the voucher will be forfeited, and your Company may be charged a no-show Fee.

Normally, if you experience a technical issue during your check-in procedure, your greeter or proctor will reach out to assist you in completing the check-in before your exam starts. Meanwhile, if your greeter or proctor is unavailable and no Case ID was given, please contact Pearson Vue for immediate help in providing feasible options and recommendations. Kindly refer to their contact information below:

Peason VUE: Customer service :: Microsoft :: Pearson VUE (please know that their response usually takes 3–5 business days).


If in any case you use a company discount, and you need further assistance after your interaction with Pearson Vue, please coordinate with the ESI Support team. You may inform them of the situation that you have, as they have the ability to collaborate with your exam provider directly to further investigate your case. Kindly refer to their contact details below:

Should you already have an open ticket with them, please share the Case ID with me along with your information through the private message I initiated, so I can monitor the progress of your case on your behalf.

Moreover, with those experiences that you have mentioned, you can also submit your personal feedback through Pearson Vue. You may refer to Feedback and complaints | Pearson qualifications.
