I am trying to retrieve my MS Learn history from my previous employer's work account

I am trying to retrieve my MS Learn history from my previous employer's work account.

The account still exists, however is inaccessible as I no longer work there.

The account name consists of my name and surname, that is the only proof I have that the account belonged to me.

How do I retrieve my MS Learn history and merge it with my newly set up personal MS Learn account?

Thanks.

Answer

Hello, Rokas!

Thank you for your response.

We have confirmed that there is no certification profile under your name. We understand how important it is to keep your learnings, points, badges, trophies and all your Learn History on your new Learn Account.

Please be advised that by designing the XP Learn points, modules and Learn history cannot be moved to a different existing profile. However, you can retake the contents in the new email at any time.

Also, keep in mind that you have contacted us through the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) support forums. Please bear in mind that we can only provide support regarding your Certification Profile, and the achievements of the Certifications listed on our platform.

At this moment we have completed a careful review of your case with our team and as your inquiry is not related to your Microsoft's Certification Profile, we highly recommend contacting Learning Support as they can review your comments about it.

Per the Microsoft Learn frequently asked questions (FAQs), when a Learn profile is deleted all your user data is deleted and unrecoverable.

If you require further assistance on this matter, we invite you to submit a Feedback Form to the Microsoft Learn support team by visiting Microsoft Learn support - Troubleshooting known issues.

Please go to the link mentioned and select the option "General Feedback".

ImageAlso, we would like to know if the information provided was useful for you and we can go ahead and close this case or if you need further assistance regarding your Microsoft's Certification Profile.

If the support solved your request, please indicate “Yes” to the question “Did this solve your issue?” shown below and the case will be concluded. By answering this question, you are providing valuable feedback, so that other Learners can benefit from this certification program.

If we do not receive a response, the thread will be concluded within one business day.

Wishing you all the best,

Tatiana Valencia.
