I am unable to book the slot please verify me as a student

Your email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error, please contact Support.

How do I access student discounts for Microsoft Azure exams? I need to book exams

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I have checked your thread history and knowing this has not been resolved concerns me greatly. Let me provide further assistance regarding this.

To identify yourself as a student in your certification profile, please be guided by the following:

  • Please sign into Microsoft Learn with your personal Microsoft account and select "student" as the role in your profile. 

  • Next, follow the steps on the Student discounts | Microsoft Learn page to complete your profile.

  • Note that academic pricing on Microsoft Certification examinations is available in most countries and regions, except for India and China.

Moreover, please share with me a step-by-step screenshot of the issue using PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the sign-in page until it shows the error. You can safely send it in via the private message I initiated, along with the other requested details, so I can properly address the issue. 
 
I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
