I am unable to find my Microsoft certificate on Azure Data Engineer Associate in my profile section.

I have given the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification test on *Removed* and i am unable to find my certificate in the profile section. I have tried all possible ways but i cant find my certificate .

The following are some of the details related to my Exam are as follows

Candidate ID : *Removed*,

Registration ID : *Removed*

Microsoft Certification ID : *Removed*

Hi, Srujan!

Thanks for the information provided via Private Message. After checking your account details, we ask you to perform the following actions on your Certification Profile to complete the necessary alignment to use your MCID.

  

Please follow the steps below update your Email, this procedure is called Migration.

  

  • Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N. 

  

  

  • Sign in with the Microsoft Email Account that you want to use in your Microsoft's Certification Profile. 

  

  • If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP HOME” which will direct you to Your Dashboard. You can then copy and paste the same link into the search bar on step.

After completing these steps, the Migration screen should come up. The website should look like this: 

ImageFor personal information protection reasons, you will find these credentials in the Private Message.   

Then, please follow the next steps to Connect your MS Learn to the Certification profile:

  1. Click on the Learn profile photo avatar and select Profile from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select Credentials from the menu inside your profile.

  3. Select the tab Certifications.

  4. Click the “Connect certification profile” button on the certifications page.

Please let us know if after the procedure, your account works properly, and you are able to see your certificates.
