If you are trying to verify your student status, please note that we have recently updated the verification process. To ensure your student discount is applied at checkout when scheduling your exam, please visit the Student discounts | Microsoft Learn page to reverify your student status. If your concern is different, please provide more details so we can assist you further.

Before verifying your student discount, I recommend performing the following basic troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related issues:

  1. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox) and try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito. 

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies and allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings.

  3. Then proceed with verifying your Student discounts.

Meanwhile, student discount will enable you to get 30% off for fundamental exams and 45% off for role-based exams, However, this will change if you're residing in China or India; as of now, the only available discounts for students on the said countries are for fundamental exams.

After completing these steps, proceed with verifying your student discount. If your student discount is still not reflected on the checkout page, please respond to the private message I have initiated with the requested information. This will help me locate your account and further investigate your case.
