I can not see my claimed discount for PL 900 test

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I was eligible for the free cost PL-900 exam because of completing Microsoft Power Platform Virtual Training Day. Since I attended that event by my work email, I linked that email with my profile email in the exam discount section of my dashboard. Then that discount was available to me. The problem is that today when I tried to add another exam discount claim, which I attended by profile email, the link between my work email and profile email was broken. As a result, the PL-900 exam discount is no longer available to me.

Please let me know how can I access it again.

Regarding the issue that was raised in claiming exam discount, please try it again.

If you are still unable to see your exam discount, please send us the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder)  of the incident starting from the sign in page until you reach the error page along with the requested details through private message so we can escalate it to our Support team. (please make sure to capture all steps above including the troubleshooting steps done in the PSR).
