I can not sign in to my certification profile which used for long time. Now I can not enter my profile to renew my certification.when I tried its reload the page , tried with different browser but same.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you are not able to renew your certification due to an error when you try to access. We are happy to help you!
If the issue persists, please share with us a PSR (Problems Steps Recorder) recording, showing the error.
Please bear in mind that the following steps must also be included in the recording:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge.
Clear all cookies and cache.
Allow all third-party cookies.
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge.
You can use PSR (Problems Steps Recorder) tool by following the steps below:
To help you further with your issue, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.
