I Cannot edit profile information

Hello!

I can't edit my profile information. I want change my email adress, but when I click save I recive this mesaage : 90010703: We are unable to process your request. It looks like your profile is missing information and/or information is incorrectly entered. Please contact Customer Support and provide this error code number

We successful update your information in your Microsoft Account, is without issues or duplication. You can validate de information in your private message.

 Keep in mind, In Microsoft Certification Profile it is better to do not include characters that are not part of the basic Latin alphabet. At the same time, please make sure you do not use any special characters in city/country/address such us æ, ø, å, ä, ö, etc…..

Let us know if now you need assistance with other matters. Otherwise, we proceed to closed and locked the case the next business day.
