I cannot find my MCP / MC ID

Hi all, I have not attempted a Microsoft exam in close to 3 years now and today when I tried to find my MCP / MC ID I could not find it.

Even my current employers are unable to associate my account with the organization,

Note I did migrate all my certification from an older Microsoft account to the current one i have, (I do have all my transcripts but I'm missing my MCP ID).

If I log into the Learning portal > Settings, I don't see the "Connected certification profile" section that is being suggested by the forum, can you please help me find it.

Answer

Hello, Jeremy.

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

As we understand from your post, you cannot visualize the MCID.

Due to a recent change in the MS Learn site, this change was applied. You no longer need to maintain a Certification Profile or MCID separate for your Learn profile.

MCID was a unique ID for the Certification Profile. When Certification Profile was retired, MCID also retired. Your unique identifier for your Learn Profile is Learn Username.
