I am trying to log into Pearson VUE to schedule an exam. I am able to get to the learn page, but when I try to schedule an exam with my @microsoft.com email address, which I understand is now the way for employees to access exam vouchers, the system won't let me log in. I am using my work PC.
I cannot login to Pearson with my @microsoft.com account

Please be advised that in order to schedule an exam, you need to sign in with a personal Microsoft account and complete your Certification profile.
Meanwhile, if you're trying to apply for a discount that is associated with your work email, you need to link your work email on your personal account on the discount page. You may follow the steps below to schedule your exam:
Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox) and try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito.
Clear browser cache and cookies and allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings.
Sign into Learn using the personal Microsoft account (MSA).
Check that all the required fields with an asterisk* are correctly filled and remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your information.
Click browse credentials profile, select an exam you preferred to take and follow the steps on Vouchers and redeeming discounts | Microsoft Learn page.
Meanwhile, if you are a Full-Time Microsoft Employee, it is best reaching out directly to the Ask Learning Support Team for further assistance. I provided their direct contact details in the private message. Rest assured that their support will be working with you regarding scheduling your exam. Their team is dedicated to providing customized assistance for FTEs like you.
