I cannot retrieve my certificate for Certification Exam 70-270, can you help?

Hi there,

I completed my certification exam for certification 70-270 (Microsoft Windows XP professional) in 2008 or 2009, don't even remember tbh. As at present, that certificate could come handy to achieve a job and would be great if I could get it somehow. The certificate was done in Rome (Italy) but i have no memory on what was the institute name or the exact date I completed it. Any help would be appreciated.
