I cannot see my certificate and badge on my dash board and that is severly needed . microsoft certification id : >removed<

I have completed my certification exam on AZURE fundamentals and I got badge regarding that exam and now it is not displaying on my profile and I need to upload that certificate on my tcs portal.

  8. Fill in the fields with the following information:
