I can't get any discount even though my Student ID has verified

Hi,

Recently I signed for Microsoft Learn and a day after I verified that I'm a student by entering my university email adress. System also confirmed.

When I look through the Student Certifications under the link Student Hub, it says 8 fundemantal certificate (including AZ-900) are free for students to get, until June 2023.

But when I want to schedule AZ-900 with Pearson VUE, it still requires 50 usd. Apart from that, at the first step scheduling the exam where we look for any discounts through our organization connections, I've written my school email and it didn't work, no available discount for me.

Again, all the while I was confirmed as a student.

I would appreaciate if you can help me solving the problem.

I understand that you need assistance with your student discount. Allow me to further check and help.

Please be advised that the academic or student discount is not 100% discounted. This will be discounted by a percentage depending on the agreement of your university or school, and will be automatically applied at the checkout page. You will no longer need to enter your school email at the "Exam Discount" page.

Meanwhile, if you are referring to Cloud Ready Skills Program which offers 100% discount on selected exams. Normally, once you have completed the assessment, you will receive a 100% voucher code. To claim, select "Add Voucher or Promo Code" and enter the provided voucher code when you are already on the screen where you enter payment and billing information. 

If there are any instances you are experiencing challenges in claiming your discount, please share with me a step-by-step screenshot using PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the sign-in page until it shows the issue through the private message I initiated to help you check your eligibility.
