i can't get my certification displayed on Microsoft Learning dashboard

i can't get my certification displayed on Microsoft Learning dashboard, i did two exams L-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals and AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals they are displayed in Certiport but not on Microsoft Learning dashboard.
