After completion of the training, you should be able to redeem the exam discount after 5 business days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday).
To claim your discount, once you are on the Exam Discount page, enter your registered email address and Check Eligibility to avail voucher less exam. Please try in In-private browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and let me know if you face any issue.

If the above steps did not work, please provide us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) starting from doing the steps provided above until you get to the page where no discount is showing along with the requested information through private message so we may continue troubleshooting with you.
