Hello, I am trying to prove I am a student through the microsoft verification for microsoft exams but it wont let me. It can see my university however it rejects my records document and any documentation i give it so I cant do it that way. I also do not have a student card and my university email that is given to me is not used for actual email's so when I try verify with my school login email it says me a verification email which I can't verify as it is not used for email purposes. What should I do?

I understand you are verifying that you are a student for you to book for an exam, however, it was not successful, and I know how important it is for you to take advantage of the student discount. Allow me to further investigate your concern.
Please be advised that the acceptable documentation is a dated student ID, current progress report, current dated class schedule, or acceptance letter to the school of higher education. You may refer to the Student discounts | Microsoft Learn page for more details.
If the issue persists in verifying your student discount, kindly provide me with a step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) providing steps, starting from the first step above up until the error page, along with the requested information through the private message that I initiated. This will allow us to investigate the error and provide you with options regarding your student status verification.
Please note that once you have verified as a student, you must continue and follow the instructions in scheduling an exam, and on the check-out page, you will see the student discount automatically deducting the price of the exam.
In addition to the student discount, it provides a 45% reduction for role-based exams (excluding India and China) and a 30% discount for fundamental exams (in all countries) once your verification is complete. I suggest selecting the 'I can supply documentation' option during the verification process.

Hello, thankyou for the reply. I have managed to be successfully recognised as a student, I had to contact the university to receive a proof of enrollment document which was accepted this morning which is great. However I just have a question regarding this statement:

I have a fair few of certificate exams to do and my first one is the AZ900 Microsoft Azure Fundamental exam. When I go to book this exam it says by student discount doesn't apply for this fundamental exam. Is there a reason why?

I'm glad that you were able to contact your university and were successful in being recognized as a student, however, the discount is not reflecting, and I know how significant it is for you to take your AZ-900 with the student benefits. Allow me to provide information on your concern.
Normally, you will need to verify first as a student before the student discount can be applied, below are the following steps on how you can verify as a student:
Sign into your learn profile then click the photo of the avatar then click "Settings".
Locate the connected certification profile section of the page and click on " Manage Certification Profile and exam discounts".
In the "Job title" dropdown, select the "Student" and look for the academic pricing notice that appears.
Then select "Get verified now" below the "Job title" and it should redirect you to the academic verification system.
Verify your academic status by selecting one the methods from the main menu and follow the instructions.
Once done you can check the status during the registration.
You may visit the verify your academic status for more details.
Please be advised that once you have completed the verification, you must continue and follow the instructions in scheduling an exam on the check-out page, and once you are on the check-out page you will see that the price will automatically deducted of the exam.
If in any case that you have already verify as a student kindly provide me with a a with a step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) providing steps, starting from the first step above up until the error page, along with the requested information through the private message that I initiated. I'm a bit confused, do you want me to enter the email into "check discounts" section? I have already done this and it still says "no available discounts.
Or are you saying that even thought it says no discounts available on this page when I click "schedule with Pearson VUE" and navigate to pearson vue booking page that the discount will be applied at checkout there?
