I did Microsoft certification AI-900, my results are displaying on certiport but I can't my certification on microsoft learn profile. I searched on google but no success.

I successfullly completed microsoft certification AI-900 Azure AI Fundamental on ***********. I book my test through Certiport. My result and certificate is showing on Certiport but I can't find it on microsoft learn profile.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.  

Based on your inquiry, we understand you obtained the Azure AI Fundamentals certification via Certiport, but the same is not visible on your Learn Profile.

We require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates separately.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

  • Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

  • In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
