I did not get a free exam after completing the Ignite challenge

Hi

I completed one of the Ignite Challenges (see screenshot below) but received a message stating,"You did not earn a free Microsoft Certification exam.


Unfortunately, you did not complete at least one of the qualifying Microsoft Ignite Cloud Skills Challenges within the allotted time frame and do not earn a free Microsoft Certification exam."

Kindly advise on what else I was supposed to do after completing the challenge.

Please send us the requested information in the private message I opened, to help us locate and validate your account.

 

Please refer to the image below or click on this link to view your inbox:

 

 

You may also send us a copy of the confirmation/congratulatory email sent by Microsoft stating you completed the event along with the event ID which can be found on the email confirmation URL.

 

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.

If you have not received an email confirmation that you have successfully completed the challenge yet and to make sure that your leaderboard is updated, kindly contact the Cloud Skills Challenge support team: CloudSkillsHelp@Microsoft.com to verify your completion as they are the one who manages this concerns.

 

Also, If you complete one challenge before the Microsoft Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge ended, one Microsoft Certification exam will be associated with you Learn profile on April 7, 2021.

 

You will be notified via email when it becomes available. More details can be found at https://aka.ms/msignitespring2021free_exam.
