I didn't get my Certification badge.

Hey Team,

on 11-March, I cleared the AI-100 exam and I got a certificate and also my dashboard is showing "Congratulation....." but the badge is missing in my badge section. I didn't get any badge on my microsoft learning dashboard as well as YourClaim portal.

So please help me to find my badge.

please don't suggest I clear browse history use private mode & update browser and bla blaa, I have already done these steps, 

and please keep that Instructor or moderator that can resolve my issue, and don't suggest me client site steps.

We understand you are missing a certificate in your account.

We do see you AI-100 Certificate on your account please verify with Acclaim, also the Acclaim Email account has to be the same as the Microsoft account so the badges can be see in the MS account.

In you would like to get an award for finishing your exam you can only get a badge that you need to please click on this link to get to the Acclaim Platform and type your Acclaim account credentials, then you will be able to see your unclaimed badges. 

In case you do not have an Acclaim account, please: 

  • Click on “Create an account” using the email address associated to your MCP profile. 

  • Once you access this account, the system will show you the unclaimed badges. 

Any issue with badges it has to be done with them, before advancing with us check with acclaim the badges have to be claimed first before it shows on transcript.

We will be attentive on your response, in case you have further questions. However, if this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked within the next business day.
