I Didn't recive my AI-900 certification even after ******

I have take the AI-900 exam via Certiport but even after more than ********* I didn't receive my certification on Microsoft learn all what i received is the badge via Credly

Based on your inquiry, we understand your "Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals" earned with Certiport as the exam provider is not being displayed on your Microsoft Learn profile. We will be glad to provide the corresponding information about it.

Please be aware, your Microsoft certification progress completed by passing exams with Certiport can only be managed through the Certiport portal. For this reason, it is currently not possible to have any certification progress completed in Certiport visible in MS Learn.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is actively working to enhance the integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records.

Currently, certifications earned through Certiport cannot be reflected in Microsoft Learn profiles or merged with Microsoft Learn content. This limitation is temporary and part of the ongoing improvement process.

If you don't have access to the certificate or it is no longer reflected in the Certiport portal, it is necessary to contact Certiport support so they can help you with the access to get your certificate:
