General | Missing Appointments: I going to need a reund for my certification. Something fishy is going on

I didnt logged out of my current account, I bought an exam on my other account yesterday. I tried to go in yesterday and reschedule it and I cannot get into Pearson Vue to do so up until now. I get in thru microsoft and it say there is not exam schedule. Well my money was taken for the exam. Someone needs to call immediately because I was and am still with in my window to reschedule. Once someone reads this I will no longer be because its Wednesday and my test is ***REMOVED***. I can not take it ***REMOVED***.

Moreover, for immediate assistance in rescheduling your exam, you can reach out to Pearson VUE as they have direct access to your exam registration and make modifications for it. Please be advised that their website provides the option to contact them via a live phone call for real-time assistance. You can select your region to see all the available support in your area. Additionally, they have introduced a feature that allows you to speak with an agent through live chat.

If in any case that you need additional assistance after contacting Pearson Vue, please provide the case ID they issued to you through the private message I have initiated. This will enable me to forward your case to our Support Team for collaboration with your exam provider and to consider other possible solutions for your issue.
