I have attempted AI-900 exam on certipoint Online exam, waiting for results from 60 hours

I recently took the AI-900 exam through Certiport’s online platform and have been waiting for the results for the past 60 hours. I registered for the exam via the Cloud Ready University challenge, and they provided a link for me to download the exam and log in using my Certiport ID. However, despite the wait, I still cannot find my certification details in the Certiport portal, my transcript, or any email notifications. It’s quite puzzling, and I’m unsure what might have happened to my results.

For exams taken with Certiport, the exam provider for students and educators, you’ll be presented with a screen showing your final score and pass/fail status as soon as you finish the exam. Your results will also be available in your Learn profile or in your Certiport dashboard within 24 hours. To learn more about accessing your Certiport transcript, visit: Certiport’s FAQs.

If your score report is not on your dashboard, I highly suggest contacting Certiport support team for real-time assistance since they have the right tool for accessing your exam. Please see contact details below:

It's been more then 3 days since I passed the exam. But it's not showing anywhere. I have checked certipoint dashboard, Transcript,msleaen, email. I have contacted certiport visa chat, call and emails I do not have registration number and didn't get any help from them. No response to local or international contact email. What should I do. Should I believe losst the certificate?

I have done all this. They said send email they can't support me. Email replied content local provider, local provider we have sent email to certiport no reply. I became yeyo in between

I have appeared in exam for ai-900. It's was a Microsoft exam and I passed by 806 marks. But I haven't received any information on website certipoint, Transcript, Microsoft learn, or email. It's been more then 3 days. I tried to contact many channel including chat, call, emails. But my issue remain unresponsive and unresolved. I am so dissatisfied with the service and support. I been yoyo between multiple communication channels. I have added all the info I got from exam team. It was voucherslesss exam.
