I have cancelled my MS-100 exam by mistake. Need to reschedule . It was from MS ignite 2020 free exam voucher

I have cancelled my MS-100 exam by mistake which I scheduled with free MS certification provided through MS ignite 2020 on my email address REMOVED. I am not able to register new exam , it says no discount on REMOVED

Can you please help?

I can see that you have already posted the same question via this thread, and one of my colleagues Darlene_J, is already assisting you.

 

As per her last response, our engineering team is already working on this issue for a resolution.

 

She is also asking for information for further investigation. Please respond on your original thread.
