I have completed a Microsoft Virtual Training course using my work account and cannot redeem a free exam voucher.

I have recently completed the "Microsoft 365 Virtual Training Day: Enable Hybrid Work with Microsoft Team Foundations" online course which should entitle me to a free exam voucher. I have signed up to the course using my organisation's email address. I have linked my personal email address unfortunately still no exam token has arrived.

What would be the procedure to try and get that Exam Redeemed.

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.  

I understand that your discount is not reflected even after linking your profiles. Allow me to help you to make sure that you can take advantage of the discount.  

As I looked at the Microsoft Virtual Training Day event offer, I can see that the benefit for this is “voucherless” which can be after 5 business days from the last day of your training. If the waiting period has been concluded, kindly follow the steps below to claim the discount:

  1. Clear cache your browser and cookies and open an In Private edge browser. 

  1. Go to MS-700 exam details page schedule under Pearson Vue. 

  1. Please make sure that you sign in using your Personal Microsoft Account on the Dashboard.  

  1. Ensure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk * are correctly filled and remove any special characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your account information and save

  1. Then kindly enter the registered email address under “Exam discount” page to check your eligibility and link your accounts.  

  1. Once this has been completed, click the “claim” button, once this shown as claimed, proceed in schedule exam. 

Keep in mind that the discount should be reflected on the check-out page. For your reference, you may also watch this instructional video.  Also, note that the discount is valid for the next 90 days from the first day of the event. Participants are also allowed to take advantage of up to 8 event discounts.    

If the issue persists, kindly provide us with the details indicated in this private message so I can continue troubleshooting with you.
