I have completed AZ-900 certification through certiport. So it is not showing the certificate under microsoft learning.

I have completed AZ-900 certification through certiport. So it is not showing the transcript under microsoft learning. I want to download the transcript from microsoft but i completed through certiport so suggest me something.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you are unable to see your Azure Fundamentals certification obtained via Certiport on your Learn Profile.

We require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates separately.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

  • Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

  • In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
