I am unable to see my recent certification, the email that I received has a different Microsoft Certification ID number than that on my Microsoft Dashboard. When I follow in the email it does take me to my Microsoft Dashboard (signed into the correct account, used for the exam), however I can not access my certificate?
Will I receive a mailed copy of the certificate? Is there a way to get the certificate to show on the dashboard?
