We hope you are doing great.
As we understand, you would like to retrieve your Certification hold in your Certiport account, which you have not accessed anymore.
Please know that to recover access to your Certiport account, it is necessary you contact our Exam Provider, since only they can have access to the credentials and details of the Certiport accounts.
On the other hand, remember that you can also visualize your Certifications by accessing Your Dashboard platform, you just need to type your email address and password set for your MC Profile.
In case you do not have access to Your Dashboard or your Certificate is not shown from our Learning website, please share the information we requested over the Private Message section we have initiated.
Once we receive this information, we will be pleased to proceed with the proper process. Please bear in mind that if we do not receive any response within two business days, the thread will be closed and locked.
