I have passed assessments "Build a natural language processing solution with Azure AI Language" but it is not reflecting on my profile and also My name is not reflection on Certificate

Congratulations on passing your Applied Skills assessment! I recognize how important it is for you to have it reflected on your profile, and for the certificate's display name to show your legal name. With this, allow me to provide you with further information and guidance.

Please be advised that the name reflected on your Applied Skills credentials shows the display name that is set on your Microsoft Learn profile. To have this rectified, you may update this on your end so that it will reflect your preferred name. Please kindly follow the steps below to proceed:

 

  1. Open the Microsoft Learn website and proceed with clicking your profile avatar at the top right of your screen and click Settings, then scroll down to the Personal info, username and URL section.


     

  2. At the Display name field, kindly input your preferred name to show in your Microsoft Learn profile and Credentials display name, then click save.

  3. Kindly refresh your page and proceed with checking your displayed Microsoft Learn profile name again, as well as the name on your certificate.

Meanwhile, to locate your Applied Skills credential on your Microsoft Learn profile, you may follow the steps below:

  1. At the top of the Microsoft Learn page, click on your profile icon and from the dropdown menu select “Profile.”

  2. Within your Learn profile, select “Credentials” in the left-hand column.

  3. Select “Applied Skills” and your earned credentials will be displayed in a list.

I appreciate you reaching back to us with the additional information and update regarding your case.

Since you were already able to update your Display Name on your profile and your new Applied Skills credential is reflecting your updated name, however, your past credential that you passed before now shows an option to try again.

With this, we may have to ask our Engineering Team to have your case investigated, so I kindly ask you to provide me with a step-by-step screenshot of the process of accessing your credentials using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device), starting from the sign-in page up until the last step, along with the requested information through the private message I have initiated, so we can provide it to the Engineering Team.

Since the credentials earned from Applied Skills are attached to the Microsoft Learn account, your request will now fall under the scope of support of our Certification Team.
