I have passed Exam 70-698, can I get Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification after passing MD-101?

I have passed Exam 698: Installing and Configuring Windows 10 in the past. My understanding is that this has been replaced with MD-100.

Now, I've scheduled Exam MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops.

Could you please confirm if I'll get the certification "Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate" after passing MD-101 exam?
