We understand that you passed an Exam but have not received your Certificate. We will gladly assist.

 

If you remember any other emails that may have been used to start / complete exam registrations in the past, we suggest using those emails to access MS Learn and check if your information is visible.

 

See below some tips to retrieve other unexpected emails:

 

  • Check your browser navigation history and your saved passwords

  • Check all possible emails.

 

To access the Profile, follow these steps:

 

  1. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  2. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

  3. Sign in to Microsoft Learn.

  4. Log in from all the emails you may have used during the registration process.

 

In case this does not work for you, we have started a Private Message where we will request some details about your account to complete a validation process. You can access it from the link below:

We will be very attentive to your response, if no response is received, the case will be closed and locked after two business days.
