Based on your inquiry, we understand you are missing the Certificate for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert after presenting the exam MS-102.

Please keep in mind that you also need to earn at least one of the following: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate certification.

If you are still unable to find your certificate having the needed prerequisites, we opened at Private Messages where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Messages, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

 We are looking forward to your information. Just a heads up, remember to only send your private information through private message, in order to protect your data.

If no response is received within two business days, we will proceed to close and lock this case as well as the Private Message.

Please note that if you want to earn the Certificate for exam MS-102, you will need to present the needed prerequisites for this Certificate. As mentioned on the exams page: 

You need to earn at least one of the following: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator AssociateMicrosoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate certification.
