Normally when you reschedule your exam, you will receive an email that confirms the transaction and changes you made to your appointment. Since you mentioned that you did not receive any email after you reschedule your exam, it is possible that the rescheduling didn't go through.
Using the information you provided, I went ahead and located your profile to check for upcoming appointments. I was able to confirm that your exam date was not changed.
Since the schedule remains on its original date and you were not able to attend the exam appointment, your AZ-500 is now tagged as no show which is why you are not seeing it on your dashboard any longer. This will lead to a new registration that may result to another fee.
I also noticed that you schedule your exam using an ESI discount, I recommend that you contact ESI support which is a dedicated support team for company discounts that can help you get in touch with Pearson Vue on your behalf.
