I have schedule theAZ-500 exam of 10th sep 22023 but am not able to see the appointment in the site , I need to reschedule it this exam

I had schedule the AZ-500 exam of **Removed** and later reschedule it for **Removed** (5:45 PM IST ) on 4th Sep 2023 and on 9th Sep 2023 when i checked the site it showed that the server was maintenance mode for the 9 Sep to 10 Sep. I am not able to see the appointment exam date in the site and did not received any confirmation mail . I need to reschedule this exam please provide details for this and suggest what should i do?

I understand that you want to reschedule your exam but unable to find the appointment, I know how important this exam is to you. Allow me to extend my assistance and provide you with additional information.

Normally when you reschedule your exam, you will receive an email that confirms the transaction and changes you made to your appointment. Since you mentioned that you did not receive any email after you reschedule your exam, it is possible that the rescheduling didn't go through.

Using the information you provided, I went ahead and located your profile to check for upcoming appointments. I was able to confirm that your exam date was not changed.

Since the schedule remains on its original date and you were not able to attend the exam appointment, your AZ-500 is now tagged as no show which is why you are not seeing it on your dashboard any longer. This will lead to a new registration that may result to another fee.

I also noticed that you schedule your exam using an ESI discount, I recommend that you contact ESI support which is a dedicated support team for company discounts that can help you get in touch with Pearson Vue on your behalf.

Hello Vipin,

Thank you for your rime today.

As discussed, Pearson Vue already reinstated your voucher code so that you can schedule your exam. To schedule your exam using your code, you will register and schedule your exam with Pearson VUE using the standard process, and in the Order Total section at the top of the page, click on ‘Add Voucher or Promo Code’ and enter your voucher code prior to submitting your order.
