For further assistance and recommendation, I highly recommend contacting Pearson VUE support team as they are responsible for supporting assistance with the status of your exam and any issues (applicable for system issues as well) encountered before, during, and after the exam, since they are the one who can modify and have visibility for the available slots/dates. (They typically respond within 3-5 business)
If you did not receive any updates or responses from the Pearson VUE support team regarding your issue, kindly provide me with your case ID to the private message I have initiated along with the requested information so I can follow up on your behalf and provide you an update.
Note: Please be advised that if you are unable to take the exam it will be tagged as "No show". This means you will need to schedule a new exam appointment as it will be considered as new registration, and a regular fee will apply.
Regarding the Aadhar card submission, please note that Pearson Vue does not accept older Aadhar cards with a white background. For reference, you can find a sample of the accepted Aadhaar Card in the image below:

Additionally, for more information on accepted IDs, you can refer to thePearson VUE Online Testing Guide or Microsoft OnVUE exam information // Pearson VUE. Moreover, candidates must present an original form of ID, with no photocopies or digital IDs accepted. IDs must be in PVC format, as Pearson Vue cannot accept restricted IDs prohibited by law from being photocopied, digitized, or captured on camera for identification during online testing.
Furthermore, upon checking the Pearson VUE ID Policy page, it's essential that the ID contains your first and last name, a recent recognizable photo, and your signature.
