I havent recieved my certification confirmation of my Azure dp100 examn i had today.

I have made in a test center my certification exam but havent recieved any confirmation or email with the actual certification and grade. I know I pass because i saw it on the computer of the testing certer, but i would need some help to actually get de correspondent documents. I have my candidate ID and my registration id.

Kindly keep in mind that with the changes implemented in our site on July 8th, our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles, such as contact email address or email used to access their Learn profiles unless the candidate provides us with the correct email addresses.

Our main recommendation is that you identify the email used to schedule your Certificate.
