I keep getting an internal server error (500) when trying to redirect to Pearson Vue for scheduling my az-900. Can someone help me with this issue?

Hello after authenticating into MS learn I go to fill out the basic information then select submit but keep running into an error.

I captured a network trace of the issues and found an 500 internal server error for this API.

We recommend that you do not use diacritics or special characters in the address section, as this is one of the possible reasons why you are receiving the error message. Additionally, if you are located in Canada or the USA, it is best to input only your state's abbreviation instead of the full state name.

 

For real-time assistance, you may also get in touch with Pearson VUE, and they will guide you in scheduling your exam. Below are their contact details:

Meanwhile, if you are looking to schedule an exam while applying for a company discount, kindly reach out to the ESI Support Team for assistance. I have already shared their contact details with you via a private message for your convenience.

Thank you that worked, I submitted my payment and it just went back to MS learn no email confirmation yet. Hopefully i get something saying I booked this test.
