I was buying a voucher as a guest, I inputted everything including payment details and I was debited 83 pounds for a global NMC voucher. I waited to complete the request and what I got was ERROR. I wrote a mail to Mindhub customer service since ***Removed*** after the incident but I have still not received a response and my payment was successful. I don't have order number and there is nothing I will use to track the order 😔. What should I do?
