To locate and verify your profile, we kindly request you provide us with the necessary information through private message for us to have this check and review.

For immediate assistance in scheduling your exam, it is best to contact the Pearson Vue Support Team to report the incident as they have direct access to your exam appointments. They typically respond within 3 to 5 business days.

For further assistance needed from our end, please let us know by providing necessary information through private message for us to forward it to our support team for further assistance.

 

For you to change your exam from your preferred exam, you may need to cancel your current appointment and then schedule a new one with your preferred exam.

 

Meanwhile, before cancellation please be advised of the following: 

  • If you have entered an alphanumeric code discount, kindly contact the exam discount provider first to check if this can still be used once cancelled as they also have their own terms and conditions.

  • If you have used a voucher less discount, it will be re-instated within 36 hours (if it is still within the validity period). You may check the terms and conditions of the said discount.

  • If the voucher is provided by your organization and they are affiliated with ESI, please contact ESI Support Team to check for recommendation as they are the one who handle company benefits. (please check the private message for their contact details)

Moreover, please be advised that in line with Reschedule and cancellation policies, make sure to cancel your exam appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam or your fee will be forfeited.
